The Website www.oppostore.co.uk is operated by Five Tech ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered office is Unit 10 Woodford Trading Estate, Southend Road, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8HF, registered in England & Wales Company No. 07267226.

2 | Accessing the OPPO Store

2.1. Access to the OPPO Store is simple to navigate through, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide via the OPPO Store or the Website itself without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the OPPO Store or the services are temporarily unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of the OPPO Store and/or the services, e.g. maintenance purposes or for Website updates.

2.3. The User of the OPPO Store can make a purchase as a Guest or as an OPPO registered member. If you are not an OPPO registered member, users can simply Sign-up during the checkout process.

2.4. Age Restriction: The checkout must only be completed by or on behalf of individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws, who are at least 16 years of age and who are not barred from using the Web Site under applicable laws.

2.5. The User is responsible for making all arrangements necessary to have access to the OPPO Store and/or our services.

3 | Use of the OPPO Store

3.1. To order products from the OPPO Store please follow the instructions on screen.

3.2. You may not use the OPPO Store or its contents:

i. For commercial purposes;

ii. For resale purposes/ taking parts or contents from the OPPO Store (e.g. item listings, descriptions, prices);

iii. To download (other than page caching) or modify the OPPO Store;

iv. For any purpose which is prohibited.

4 | Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. We are an OPPO-authorised independent reseller and have the intellectual property rights in the OPPO Store including the services and any published material. Those works are protected by copyright, trade mark, database rights and other such intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

4.2. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

4.3. If you print, copy or download any part of the OPPO Store in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the OPPO Store will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

4.4. Using the OPPO Store does not give you permission to link to it or to use any of the trade marks, designs and/or logos contained within it.

4.5. OPPO Store and all logos on the Website are business names and marks which are the property of Five Tech or OPPO.

5 | Regular Changes on the OPPO Store

We aim to update the OPPO Store and maintain the services regularly, which may involve changing the content at any time. If the need arises out of our control, we may suspend access to the OPPO Store or the services, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the OPPO Store may be outdated at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

6 | Our Liability

6.1. Whilst we have taken every care in the preparation of the content of the OPPO Store we cannot guarantee that it is accurate or error-free. We will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or for any technical difficulties you may experience with the OPPO Store. Except as set out in this condition, all conditions, warranties and representations, expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, in relation to the supply, non-supply or delay in supplying the services are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6.2. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use or misuse of the OPPO Store or any of the materials on the OPPO Store (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms of use shall operate to exclude or restrict our liability for:

i. Death or personal injury resulting from negligence;

ii. Fraud or deceit; or

iii. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

7 | User Submissions

We do not accept and will not consider unsolicited submissions of ideas, creative materials, processes, comments, feedback or technology. Please note that any Unsolicited Submissions sent to us will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending us any Unsolicited Submissions, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, , fully transferable, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those Unsolicited Submissions for any purpose whatsoever. You hereby acknowledge that you grant us such rights in consideration of the right to access and utilize under no obligation to further compensate you or acknowledge your submission. By participating in OPPO x Wimbledon survey you automatically consent to be added in our OPPO members club

i. Referrers will receive a one-time £15 off promotional discount for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase made at www.oppostore.co.uk by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking on the unique Refer-a-Friend program link.

ii. As a Referrer, you are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

iii. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must complete an order on OPPO Store  and must have not shopped on www.oppostore.co.uk before to earn Referral Rewards.

iv. For each Qualified Referral, the Referred Customer will receive a one-time £10 discount off his/her first purchase at www.oppostore.co.uk.

v. Referral Discounts are not redeemable for cash, gift cards or e-gift cards, and cannot be used on previous purchases.

vi. Referral Discounts are not valid on tax or shipping and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

vii. Referral Discounts may only be redeemed for purchases made in UK.

viii. OPPO reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the OPPO Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.

ix. OPPO reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Credits will be forfeited at that time.

8 | Using the OPPO Store

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the OPPO Store and/or our services, you consent to such processing of your personal data and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9 | Links from the OPPO Store

Where the OPPO Store contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss/ damage that may arise from your use of them.

10 | Accounts

You are entitled to request the following from Five Tech, these are called your Data Subject Rights and there is more information on these on the Information Commissioners website www.ico.org.uk 

10.1. If you choose to create an account you represent and warrant to us that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, current and complete. If we believe or suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may deny or terminate your access to the OPPO Store. You may not transfer or share your username and password with any third parties. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account log-in information, including but not limited to taking steps to prevent unauthorized access by safeguarding your log-in information. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Account and all activities that occur through your Account.

10.2 In line with our privacy policy account details are shared with UNUMPLUS LIMITED for legitimate reasons for the purpose of analysis, marketing, quality assurance.

10.3 On creation of an account, you may opt in to receive marketing information or promotions related to OPPO. In line with our privacy policy, your information is shared with UNUMPLUS LIMITED for the purpose of marketing. You consent that UNUMPLUS LIMITED is allowed access to your data for the purpose of marketing. OPPO Mobile UK Ltd may use agencies to fulfil activities related to marketing.

11 | Electronic Communication

Communication between you and us via the OPPO Store or email uses electronic means. You consent to receive communication from us in an electronic form; and agree to all terms and conditions, notices, disclosures and other communication we provide to you electronically. Which satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were in a writing.

12 | Waiver

Communication between you and us via the OPPO Store or email uses electronic means. You consent to receive communication from us in an electronic form; and agree to all terms and conditions, notices, disclosures and other communication we provide to you electronically. 13 | Alterations to these Terms of Use

We may revise these terms of use at any time by modifying this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the OPPO Store.

14 | Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms of use (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these terms of use or their formation) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we, regarding any dispute arising from, or related to, these terms of use or related contract.

By registering to our GUESSWHOSBACK campaign, you are agreeing to subscribe to the OPPO store newsletter. All free gifts and competition entries will only be eligible to customers who purchase the new launched smartphone from the Oppo Store between launch date and December 31st 2024. Free gifts will only be available while stocks last and sent as a separate delivery before January 31st 2025.​

16 | OPPO UK x UCL Giveaway

OPPO UK x UCL Giveaway is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Campaign, you (the “Participant”) are agreeing to by bound by them:

16.1. Promoter

The Campaign is promoted by Unumplus Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10536855. Registered office at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 4SA (“we”, “us” or “our”).

16.2. The Campaign

16.3. Eligibility

16.4. How to participate in this Campaign

The participant needs to buy OPPO Find X8 Pro and have proof of purchase from https://oppostore.co.uk/ (“Submission”);

Note:

• You must submit your email to be eligible.
• Participation is free of charge and is subject to the purchase of the OPPO Find X8 Pro from the OPPO e-store.
• Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant.
• Submissions sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

16.5. Winner Selection and Prize

1) One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all the Participants who purchase an OPPO Find X8 Pro from the OPPO e-store.
2) The Prize is the UEFA Champions Leagues Final tickets, which are limited to designated teams only, taking place on chosen dates clarified in the social media posts.
3) All prizes are non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the prizes might be a substitute of equal or greater value for the reward.
4) Prizes include tickets only. Winners are expected to make their own arrangements for travel.

16.6. Claims

1) The Winner will be announced in an newsletter email on 20/11/2024. At the same time, the Winners will receive a direct email from us within 24 hours after the announcement.
2) Winners shall reply to the email with the contact details for the purpose of shipping within 24 hours after the receipt of the email. (a “Claim”).

16.7. Privacy and Data Protection

1) The entity responsible for the processing of your data, “Promoter" with its registered office at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom.
2) In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to the incorporation of their personal data into a file owned by the company. The purpose of this file is to manage the draw, disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize.
3) We inform you that you can exercise your rights to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction of Processing, Data Portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to www.oppo.com/es/privacy-feedback or by sending a letter to the following address: 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom, in both cases attaching a copy of an identification document.
4) We will retain the personal data of the winner for 3 months, depending on customer service requirements. Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the participant has the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the regulations or if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.
5) Therefore, the participant acknowledges having been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing of their data and confirms that they agree with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.oppo.com/uk/privacy.

16.8. Miscellaneous

1)If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
2) We are entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, use unfair means and/or try to manipulate the selection result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, we are entitled to withdraw the Prize, to reclaim the Prize that has already been handed out, or to demand compensation for the value.
3) We are entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, and in the event that proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
4) The Winner agrees that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
5) The Campaign is governed by the law of United Kingdom.

17 | Terms and Conditions – Free Gift via Survey: Guess Who’s Back 2024

These terms and conditions govern the eligibility and distribution of free gifts under the Free Gift via Survey: Guess Who’s Back 2024 promotion, involving O2 and the OPPO E-Store (Fivetech Ltd). By participating in the campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Survey Participants:
• Customers who have successfully completed the Guess Who's Back survey are eligible to receive a pair of OPPO Enco Air4 Pro earbuds and an 80W SUPERVOOC fast charger as a free gift, provided they have purchased the OPPO Find X8 Pro via the O2 Carrier Network or the OPPO E-Store within the campaign period.
1.2. Find X8 Pro O2 Buyers:
• Customers who purchase the OPPO Find X8 Pro through the O2 network and have completed the ‘Guess Who’s Back’ Survey are also eligible to receive the free gifts, provided they submit proof of purchase via the claim form on the OPPO E-Store claims website at https://oppostore.co.uk/claims.
1.3. Find X8 Pro OPPO E-Store Buyers:
• Customers who purchase the OPPO Find X8 Pro directly from the OPPO E-Store will automatically receive their free gifts bundled with their order, as part of the same delivery, with no further action required.

2. Redemption Process

2.1. For OPPO E-Store buyers, free gifts will be shipped alongside the Find X8 Pro as part of the same order.
2.2. For O2 network buyers, the free gifts must be claimed by completing the claim form at https://oppostore.co.uk/claims. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible. Upon verification, the free gifts will be dispatched.

3. General Conditions

3.1. The free gifts are available while stocks last. If stock is depleted, OPPO E-Store reserves the right to substitute the gifts with items of equal or greater value.
3.2. Free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
3.3. OPPO E-Store reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these terms.
3.4 If a return is issued for the Find X8 Pro, customers will be required to also return the free gift back along with the Mobile device. Failure to do so will result in the value amount of free gift possibly being deducted from the final refunded value.

4. Campaign Period

• This promotional campaign will start on 21st November 2024 and will end on 21st December 2024. Claims submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Liability

5.1. OPPO E-Store and its partners (Fivetech Ltd) shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the submission of claims or verification process.
5.2. OPPO E-Store and its partners (Fivetech Ltd)’s decision regarding eligibility and gift distribution is final and binding.
5.3. OPPO E-Store and its partners (Fivetech Ltd) reserve the right to change, alter, or discontinue the campaign offering at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions apply to the £10 off voucher offer on the OPPO E-Store, available to new email newsletter subscribers who participated in the OPPO Guess Who’s Back 2024 campaign between 25th October 2024 and 21st November 2024. By using the voucher, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

19 | Terms and Conditions for the OPPO Find X8 Pro Social Media Competition

These terms and conditions apply to customers who purchased a Find X8 Pro from any network or E-store, that enter our social media competition to win an OPPO Pad 3 Pro.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Entrants must have purchased an OPPO Find X8 Pro from any network or e-store.
1.3. Employees of OPPO, their immediate families, and anyone directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, participants must:
Take a photo using their OPPO Find X8 Pro.
Post the photo on their public social media account (Facebook or Instagram only).
Tag OPPO’s official social media handle in the post and include the hashtag #ShotonFindX8Pro. (@OPPOUK on Instagram and OPPO on Facebook)
2.2. Entries must be posted between 18^th December 2024 at 12:00 AM and 19^th January 2025 at 11:59 PM (local time).

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1. The submitted photo must be the original work of the participant and taken with the OPPO Find X8 Pro.
3.2. Entries that are incomplete, plagiarized, or do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
3.3. OPPO reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the competition.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. One winner will be selected by OPPO
4.2. The winner will be chosen within one week after the competition ends, i.e., by 27^th January 2025.

5. Prize

5.1. The prize is one (1) OPPO Pad 3 Pro
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Notification

6.1. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used for entry, in order to collect contact information to arrange prize delivery via email.
6.2. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize and provide any required details for delivery. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

7. General Terms

7.1. By entering the competition, participants grant OPPO the right to use their submitted photo in promotional material, with credit given to the entrant where possible.
7.2. OPPO is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
7.3. OPPO reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Any personal information provided by participants will be processed in accordance with OPPO’s privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
